The project is conceived as a superposition of volumetric strategies differentiated by levels. The ground floor is designed as an open and flexible platform that supports the upper program, opening almost entirely through large glazed façades. This configuration seeks maximum permeability with the site, allowing the living areas to extend both visually and functionally towards the garden and swimming pool.

Resting on this light and transparent plinth, three upper volumes introduce a more massive and sculptural character to the composition. These natural mortar blocks deliberately close towards the main façade to protect the family’s privacy, while strategically opening on other orientations to capture natural light and selected views.

The connection between these three independent bodies is achieved through very light glass walkways. This strategy emphasizes the autonomy of each volume while creating a subtle transition that floods the central core with natural light, encouraging visual continuity and cross views across the upper floor.
